The Standard Series (MZ-40A) is accurate measuring equipment that adopts high-performance core elements and a digital-analog integrated circuit design. It realizes linear compensation through a program and can obtain 0.5% FSO measurement accuracy. It is used with simple control for pipe extrusion, sheet extrusion, recycled plastics, and other processes.
The Standard Series is specially designed for pressure measurement in the injection molding industry at high temperatures. It can work normally at high temperatures up to 300℃ and is installed using a standard threaded connection. Standard Series has many advantages, like high stability and long service life. • Pressure range: Sensors are available for various pressure ranges, from low to high, depending on the specific application. • Temperature: The sensor can withstand the high temperatures of the molten material. • Accuracy and sensitivity: The required level of accuracy and sensitivity will determine the type of sensor suitable for the application. • Chemical compatibility: The sensor materials are compatible with the molten material to avoid corrosion or contamination. • Plastics processing: In injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding, melt pressure sensors monitor material flow and cavity filling, ensuring product quality and process efficiency. • Metal casting: In die casting and continuous casting, melt pressure sensors control metal flow and pressure in the Mold, preventing defects and ensuring casting quality. • Food processing: In food extrusion and other processes, melt pressure sensors monitor the flow of food materials, ensuring product consistency and preventing equipment damage.
